EPA finds Hyundai, Kia overstated gas mileage
Excerpt:DETROIT Hyundai and Kia overemphasized the gas mileage on most of their designs from the past three years in a humiliating blunder that can bring sanctions from the U.S. government and millions of dollars in payments to auto owners. Due to the fact that of the inflated mileage, discovered during an audit by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Korean automakers have to retrofit the window stickers on the cars, decreasing their fuel economic climate figures by one-to-six miles per gallon depending on the design, the agency said Friday. "Consumers rely on the window sticker to help make informed choices about the cars they buy," said Gina McCarthy, assistant administrator of the EPA's air-quality office. "EPA's investigation will help protect consumers and ensure a level playing field among automakers.".

Key:
- Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
- The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
- The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).
Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
