LONDON As the globe signed up with Americans in mourning the school massacre in Connecticut, numerous advised U.S. politicians to honor the 28 victims, particularly the kids, by pushing for stronger gun control laws
Twitter individuals and media personalities in the U.K. right away invoked Dunblane-- a 1996 shooting because small Scottish town which eliminated 16 kids. That tragedy prompted a campaign that eventually caused tighter gun controls effectively making it illegal to buy or possess a handgun in the U.K.
