The tiresome slog with the Gulf of Mexico checked not just the senses of the thousands on board, but their perseverance as well. Pulled by three tugboats, the ship is on track to reach terminal in Mobile, Alabama, around 4 p.m. ET Thursday. It's been a headache five days for the 3,143 passengers and 1,086 team members on board the 900-foot, 14-story Triumph where a fire broke out in the engine room early Sunday. Much of the ship's electrical power went down in the fire, causing prevalent malfunctions, including applying for sanitary systems. Passengers have actually reported sewer sloshing around in passageways, flooded rooms and trouble getting enough to consume. "It's disgusting. It's the worst thing ever," passenger Ann Barlow said.
