PHILADELPHIA, Miss. -- The motorist of a SUV that careened off a road and into a rain-swollen creek has actually been charged with 6 counts of DUI manslaughter. Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell says bond has actually been set at $ 150,000 for 34-year-old Duane John. John continued to be in the county jail Tuesday. Waddell says John was jailed Monday after his release from Neshoba County General Hospital. Five children and one adult died in Saturday's mishap in Neshoba County.
